Skirt re-verified against venue photos + Aug-7 high-res sources. Dashed red outline = flagged cell. All 26 belt reference crops embedded, sequence-verified.
Current state: B-L1 = V/#04 turquoise (Davis, at the dress). That makes #04 appear twice (B-L1 + B-R3), breaking the otherwise-perfect zero-repeat property of the 24 pins — so B-R3 is flagged for recheck (its recorded alternate is C/#11 bright cyan; if B-R3 is actually #11, the skirt returns to 24 distinct types missing only T/#02 and U/#03). Caged charms: F-L3 = gold tubes (#08/Z), B-R6 = dark tubes (#06/X — conflicts with the "gem is gold" relay, eyeball it). The real arrow is a stick-pin on the back bodice beside the zipper. F-R1 = W/#05 copper dark-mirrored cuboids. B-R5 = H/#16 frosted metallic blue (weakest).
