Both Graphite and Cursor have been storing our code for years and had clear policies about what data is and isn’t used for training. Nothing has changed here. Non-issue imo

Cursor ACP is not in the best shape. We plan to move to the Cursor SDK soon, sadly not top priority right now

I'm so happy we have actual competition in the space again. OpenAI has been an excellent corrective force to Anthropic, and now even OpenAI has to get more chill to stay competitive with SpaceXAi and the insanity coming from China

A week later and grok bot has actually stuck in my workflow. Building tons into it, feels like a next gen Hermes agent. Hermes is a temperamental supercar. When it works it’s glorious, but it takes effort. Grok bot is a Tesla. It just works.

Grok 4.6 is really good, so was Kimi K3, and this seems like it will get there as well

If it's insanely good but insanely expensive (fable situation): 2x codex. If it's really good but limits are tolerable then 1x codex and 1x cursor $200

By end of year: OpenAI frontier for long-running swarms, SpaceXAI frontier for day-to-day in-the-loop, DeepSeek (or whoever) for private local. Anthropic feels focused only on the biggest model.

The Cursor + SpaceXAI comeback is glorious to watch. Grok Build is excellent, probably the best TUI from a lab. Grok Bot is the first novel take on non-coding agents since hermes/open claw and so far I'm really liking it. Grok 4.6 feels very good on first tests. Cursor fixed their desktop app and the cloud agents are still tied for best in class with Devin.

Can’t lie. Cursor cloud agents are pretty fun to get work done. Going to work on a herdr ssh setup soon to try it out!!

Just had Fable (on high in cursor) tell me it can't verify something locally, because some of my md files are stored in my prod db. But they're not, they're stored in a public github repo. People that aren't actually reading or understanding what the agent tells you, don't catch these things.

I have been having so much success with Grok 4.6 that I don't bother with other models anymore. Looking forward to Grok 4.7!

It's a tough one to balance because I do like how proactive Grok is, but sometimes it's just a bit much!

Add your MCP servers and other integrations to @kodykoala and you can take it with you to every agent. Whether that be @bot, @ChatGPT, @claudeai, @cursor_ai, @DevinAI, @GeminiApp, or whatever.

With cursor cloud agents I haven't had to ask them to resume ever for months

You know what's really cool is that when I installed Grok @bot, it already had @kodykoala installed which means all my durable runtime things were immediately accessible

Grok 4.6 is a meaningful improvement on Grok 4.5 (which is already my daily driver for most work).

Login for Grok Bot takes you to https://cursor.com/ which I find unsurprising and fascinating.

Doing this in ChatGPT first means you have to fill ChatGPT with context about your product. I recommend starting with Cursor. Once you're aligned you can say "go" and the discussion becomes the prompt for the implementation.

I often use fable for that planning and have it orchestrate grok subagents and then with AI reviews + system diagrams I feel pretty happy with the results.

Lol, accidentally started a @cursor_ai cloud agent in the wrong repo. Instead of the agent giving up, it used @kodykoala to spin up a separate agent in the right repo and monitored it's process for me

This one's kinda neat. I moved to Android recently and there was an app I really liked on iOS that doesn't have an Android app. Between packing for the trip, cleaning the house, and hanging out with the family, I had @kodykoala and @cursor_ai cloud agents build a web version.

I'm amazed how differently people use Ai coding tools. I've not used plan mode in cursor for months

Cursor, but I could do this exact same thing in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok!

And by "we" I mean: me, @kodykoala, and @cursor_ai (Fable, Grok, and GPT) with some help from @sentry, @Cloudflare, and @coderabbitai

Today I built an automation with @kodykoala that exposes a webhook for @sentry to send errors and then Kody will kick off a @cursor_ai cloud agent to investigate and fix it. If the fix is low risk, it merges, deploys, and verifies in production.

Thanks to @cursor_ai and @kodykoala using a mix of @grok 4.5, GPT 5.6 Sol, and Claude Fable 5.

Still loving it my man. Check out what it did for me recently (Grok 4.5 helped review when it was still codenamed vega!)
